We have had the idea of a bullied teen getting her revenge…
The summarized vision…
As we are going to be updating our script to what we really use and do for the film opening, we have created a storyboard to organize each individual scene with how and what we are going to utilize to establish the tone to its full potential, as it includes the type of shot used, setting, etc.
This is the overall storyboard that helps us sketch and organize our ideas for when in production.
As shown, camera shot, action, movement, and location are provided to show what is used, making it easier for us when we are filming to follow through with our ideas, rather than making up scene ideas as we go, keeping it organized and making it of better quality.
Reflection
Creating the storyboard has really helped our group with the planning and development of our film opening. Since our idea is about a bullied teen getting revenge, it is important that the tone is clear and consistent from the start. The storyboard allows us to visually plan each scene and think carefully about how camera shots, movement, and locations will help show emotions like tension and isolation.
By breaking each scene down into camera shots, actions, and settings, it makes filming much more organized and less stressful. Instead of making decisions on the spot, we already know what shots we need and how each scene should look. This helps us save time during production and makes our work more efficient. It also ensures that everyone in the group understands the same vision, which improves teamwork and communication.
Overall, the storyboard helps turn our ideas into something practical and achievable. It allows us to plan ahead, improve the quality of our film opening, and make sure the final product matches our original vision.
